1. Scope and current site status
This Privacy Policy applies to the public Laynix website. It does not govern future customer implementations or services that are subject to separate agreements and notices.
Current preview behavior: Assessment and Contact requests are processed server-side for validation and an on-page response. The current application does not persist those submissions to a database or forward them to a CRM, email delivery service, scheduling system, or analytics provider.
These practices must be reviewed before persistent delivery or storage is enabled. This description is not a promise that future production workflows will operate without appropriate storage or service providers.
2. Information you choose to provide
Depending on the website feature you use, you may provide:
- name, business name, work email, phone number, and website;
- information about customer journeys, systems, handoffs, payments, and business priorities;
- a general inquiry reason and message; and
- required response consent and an optional marketing preference.
Do not submit passwords, payment card details, patient information, or other sensitive information through these public forms.
3. Technical information
When a website is requested, browsers and hosting infrastructure normally process technical details such as IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, timestamps, and diagnostic or security information. The exact production logging practices will depend on the hosting and security configuration in use at launch.
4. How information may be used
Laynix may use information within the scope of an enabled website service to:
- validate, understand, and respond to a request;
- provide an assessment result or prepare an appropriate follow-up;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
- respect communication preferences; and
- comply with applicable law and protect the website and its users.
Optional marketing consent is separate from the consent needed to process and respond to a request. No marketing delivery service is connected in the current application.
5. Communications
When production response delivery is enabled, Laynix may use the work email address or phone number provided with an Assessment or Contact request to respond by email or an ordinary telephone call. That response permission is not consent to marketing text messages or automated or prerecorded marketing calls.
When appointment messaging is enabled, Laynix may send appointment-related email. If a person separately and optionally agrees to receive text messages during scheduling, Laynix may also send appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and directly related service messages by SMS. SMS consent will not be required to schedule an appointment. Message frequency varies according to appointments and related activity, and message and data rates may apply. Messaging is not connected in the current application.
Mobile information and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Communications providers may process that information only as needed to provide services on Laynix's behalf and subject to their role and applicable responsibilities.
When SMS is enabled, a recipient may revoke SMS consent, including by replying STOP. HELP information will direct recipients to support@laynix.com. Optional marketing email remains separate from service communications and may be declined or later opted out of using the instructions in a message or by contacting hello@laynix.com.
6. Service providers and disclosure
Laynix may use infrastructure or other service providers to operate an enabled website function. Those providers may process information on Laynix's behalf according to their role, configuration, and contractual responsibilities. Laynix may also disclose information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and website integrity.
No CRM, email delivery, scheduling, advertising, or analytics provider is connected to the current submission workflows. Provider disclosures must be reviewed when production integrations are selected.
7. Cookies and analytics
The current site does not intentionally use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, pixels, or session recording. See the Cookie Policy for the current categories and the update process that applies if new technologies are introduced.
8. Retention
In the current preview workflows, form content is not written to an application database. Information remains in the browser while the page is open and is processed during the server request. Routine infrastructure or security logs may follow separate, limited retention practices.
If persistent submission capabilities are enabled, Laynix intends to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling. A production retention schedule must be confirmed before launch.
9. Security
Laynix uses design and operational measures intended to protect website information within the relevant environment. No system can guarantee absolute security. The controls appropriate to a future implementation depend on its providers, configuration, access model, and data scope.
10. Choices and privacy rights
You may decline optional marketing consent. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may also have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. Requests can be submitted through the Contact page. Laynix may need to verify a request before acting on it.
11. International use
The website may be accessed from different countries. Production service providers may process information in locations that do not have the same data-protection rules as your location. Any safeguards required for the selected production architecture must be reviewed before launch.
12. Children
This business website is not directed to children, and the public forms are intended for adults acting in a business context.
13. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as the website and its production services change. The date above identifies the current version. Questions or privacy requests may be submitted through the hello@laynix.com or through the Contact page.
