1. Acceptance and scope
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply only to the public website and do not create a customer, merchant, subscription, service level, healthcare, or payment-processing agreement.
2. Informational website
Website content describes Laynix's approach to connected revenue infrastructure in general terms. It is not legal, financial, tax, security, compliance, or professional advice. Statements about possible capabilities depend on the implementation, providers, configuration, required agreements, and customer responsibilities.
References to healthcare-aware, HIPAA-ready, payment, or security-related deployment considerations are not certifications or guarantees and do not establish compliance by themselves.
3. Intellectual property
The website, Laynix branding, visual systems, written content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Laynix and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for ordinary informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not copy, publish, sell, or create misleading derivative uses of the website or branding without permission or another lawful basis.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to:
- violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with website operation;
- attempt unauthorized access, testing, scraping, or circumvention;
- misrepresent identity, affiliation, or the source of information; or
- submit passwords, payment card details, patient information, or other sensitive data through public forms.
5. Assessment and Contact submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information you choose to provide. The current preview workflows validate requests and return an on-page response without persistently saving or delivering the submission. Availability and handling may change before production launch and will be described in the applicable website notices.
6. Email, telephone, and text messages
When production response delivery is enabled, Laynix may respond to an Assessment or Contact request using the email address or phone number provided. This may include email or an ordinary telephone call related to the request. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for having authority to provide it.
When appointment communications are enabled, Laynix may send appointment information by email. Text messages will be sent only when a person separately and optionally agrees during scheduling to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and related service messages. SMS consent will not be required to schedule an appointment. Message frequency varies according to appointments and related activity, and message and data rates may apply.
When SMS is enabled, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Messaging help will be available at support@laynix.com. Delivery may be affected by a recipient's carrier, device, number status, connectivity, or other conditions outside Laynix's reasonable control. These provisions do not create consent to marketing SMS or automated or prerecorded marketing calls.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may reference or eventually connect with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, capabilities, and responsibility boundaries. A reference does not mean that Laynix controls or guarantees a third party.
8. Availability and changes
Laynix may modify, suspend, or discontinue website content or features. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider issues, security work, or circumstances outside reasonable control. No website uptime or service-level commitment is made here.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Laynix disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Laynix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the public website. Any limitation is subject to rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customer-service liability, if applicable, belongs in the relevant written customer agreement rather than these website terms.
11. Changes to these terms
Laynix may update these terms as the website changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from their effective date, subject to applicable law.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms may be submitted to hello@laynix.com or through the Contact page.
